உலக பணக்காரர்கள் அதிகம் உள்ள நாடுகள்குறித்து விவரத்தை ஹூரன் குளோபல் ரிச் அறிக்கை வெளியிட்டு வெளியிட்டு உள்ளது.

ரஷ்யாவின் பொருளாதார நிலை மற்றும் அரசியல் நிலையில் சற்று மந்தமாக இருப்பதால் 2014-ஆம் ஆண்டில் இந்நாட்டின் வர்த்தகத்தில் தொய்வு ஏற்பட்டது. இதன் மூலம் ரஷ்யாவின் கோடீசுவரர்கள் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரிக்காமல் 93 ஆக உள்ளது. இவர்களின் மொத்த சொத்து மதிப்பு 365 பில்லியன் டாலர் என்பது குறிப்பிடதக்கது.

Blogger Template Designer

Blogger Template Designer 
    Is a new way for you to easily customize the look of your blog. You can select a variety of templates, images, colors, and column layouts to make your blog an expression of you. Background

One of the best new features of Template Designer is the ability to change the color of your background image. This is possible when a background image has transparency. You can tell that a background image is transparent because it has a checkerboard in the top right hand corner of the image.
Once you’ve selected your image, you can change the color of the background by clicking on Main Color Theme and then selecting the color of your choice.
You can only change the color of your background if the background is transparent. Also, if the template that you chose has a grey background, you cannot change its color.

You can do this by playing with the Main Color Theme or by choosing one of our Suggested Themes. Layout

You can choose a variety of layout options for your blog, from one to three columns. These layouts feature drag and drop functionality for gadgets. You will also have a variety of layout options for the blog footer as well.
If you want to add or remove gadgets or edit gadget settings, you cannot do this through Blogger Template Designer. Rather, you have to do this on the general Layout tab.

Adjust Width

You can change the width of the blog, and the right and left columns by dragging the slider for the different parts of blog layout. Note that the options you see here correspond to the type of layout that you chose. If, for example, you chose a blog with left and right columns, you will see both left and right column sliders. If, however, you chose a blog with only a left column, you will only see that option here.

‘Pakistan-based groups planning attacks ahead of Obama visit’

 

 

 

A Home Ministry official said terrorists were waiting in eight locations along the International Border and the LoC to sneak into India.

Pakistan-based terrorist groups are continuously trying to infiltrate into Jammu and Kashmir by taking advantage of cross-border firing as they aim to carry out “spectacular attacks” ahead of U.S. President Barack Obama’s Republic Day visit to India, according to security agencies.

Quoting intelligence reports, a Home Ministry official said the terrorists were waiting for opportunity in eight locations along the International Border and the Line of Control to sneak into India to indulge in terrorist acts. 

“As per our information, the militants have the blessings of the highest authorities of Pakistan Army,” an official said.

The largest group comprises about 40 terrorists who are waiting at the launching pads just across the Samba sector in Jammu and Kashmir. There has been heavy exchange of firing between the BSF and Pakistan Rangers in this sector.

“The Pakistan-based groups are planning to carry out spectacular attacks ahead of Obama’s visit to India to attend the Republic Day parade,” the official said. 

Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday accused Pakistan of trying to push terrorists into Jammu and Kashmir and giving cover to such attempts by continuous firing along the border.

“No doubt about that,” Mr. Singh told reporters in New Delhi when asked whether the repeated ceasefire violations by Pakistani troops were to cover infiltration attempts by militants. 

Pakistan Rangers on Thursday targeted 13 border outposts in Samba sector in Jammu and Kashmir, a day after four of their men were killed in a sharp counter-attack following the death of a BSF jawan in cross-border firing.

Though the internet user base has doubled in the last four years, and nearly half of the city’s residents are supposedly online, web-based government services are either non-existent or challenging to use.
